SEO CPA Group, LTD was founded in 2018.  Our firm offers a range of services to our clients and the community, including auditing and attestation services, tax preparation and planning, CFO and consulting services, information technology, third party administrator services, payroll, and bookkeeping.  SEO CPA Group is honored by the business relationships we have established and maintained with many organizations and individuals throughout southeastern and central Ohio. 

The partners of SEO CPA Group, LTD together have over 120 years of experience in the accounting industry. We are committed and dedicated to our customers and continually and consistently provide quality services to achieve client success through expertise, collaboration, and innovation. The foundation for providing quality services is having personnel with great integrity and expertise in the accounting field who care about our clients’ well-being and success.  Our greatest asset, our staff, are encouraged to specialize in areas most helpful to our clients through education and work experience and to continually stay up to date on current and new accounting and auditing pronouncements, tax laws, proposed regulations, etc.  In addition, we perform annual internal reviews to ensure quality of work performed and compliance with continuing education requirements, ensuring quality of staff performance.

The firm is a legal entity in the State of Ohio and licensed as a peer review firm with the Ohio Accountancy Board.  Our partners and associates are members in good standing of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We are very proud that The Ohio Peer Review Committee accepted the report on the most recent System Review of our firm which consisted of a report that had a peer review rating of PASS.
